Tom Cope

President - Aftermarket Services

Tom is an old school mechanic with over 30 years of experience, starting at Warren CAT in 1989, and later moving to Universal Compression before founding Cope Compression in 2002. At Cope Compression, Tom specialized in providing service and support for high horsepower compression over 1000 HP. Over the years Tom has gained a reputation for his tireless work ethic and ability to troubleshoot and repair especially difficult issues. At TCB Tom continues his signature hands on approach with his team of mechanics.

Kyle Roach

VP - Technical Services

Kyle has over 15 years of experience in all areas of compression including commissioning, operations, technical support, optimization, and building/leading top performing teams.  Kyle started his career with Hanover in 2006 as a technician where he moved into Commissioning and Tech Services by 2009. During this time he traveled across the country providing technical expertise.  From there he moved into management by leading a small team with 35k Hp in the San Juan Basin for Exterran. His career progressed to serving as General Manager of Ops for USA Compression in the Permian responsible for over 1 Million HP.

Bryan Richardson


With over 21 years of HSE experience, Bryan was a Health & Safety Manager with Clean Harbors Environmental Services from 2016 to 2021 where he was responsible for H&S support across multiple states and for various operations within the business. Prior to Clean Harbors Bryan worked in the oil and gas industry from 1998 to 2016, starting with Production Operators Inc. as a gas compressor operator, and transitioning into a Health, Safety and Environmental professional in 2001 holding various HSE roles within the US and Canada.

Steve Horne

VP - Xstream Fleet Operations

With 30 years of compressor operations experience in the oil and gas industry, Steve has held every role from the field to the boardroom. Starting in field service and maintenance in 1992 with Hanover Compression, Steve moved to Management, then to operations manager at Exterran, and Director of Operations at USA Compression. Steve also manages field service for Xstream Lift and their fleet of High Pressure Gas Lift (HPGL) booster compressors.

Peter Strezo


Over more than 23 years, Pete has honed his skills in compressor package design, engineering, fabrication, fleet management, and business development. Pete Started his career in 1998 as a machinery engineer for Petrochemical EPC firm KBR, formerly M.W. Kellogg after which he spent over a decade at Universal Compression/ Exterran, then as Director of Business Development for USA Compression’s turnkey compression facilities business. Pete is currently Vice President of Technology and environmental at BHE Compression, and co-founder at Xstream Lift.

Mike Robbins


Mike is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in operations, engineering, fabrication, construction, product development, business development, new market entry, and executive management. Mike started his career in 1998 with Red Cedar Gathering, then on to Universal Compression, Exterran, and USA Compression where he served as Vice President and General Manager. Mike is currently President and CEO of BHE Compression, and is co-founder at Xstream Lift.
