Kyle Roach
VP - Operations
Kyle has over 15 years of experience in all areas of compression including commissioning, operations, technical support, optimization, and building/leading top performing teams. Kyle started his career with Hanover in 2006 as a technician where he moved into Commissioning and Tech Services by 2009. During this time he traveled across the country providing technical expertise. From there he moved into management by leading a small team with 35k Hp in the San Juan Basin for Exterran. His career progressed to serving as General Manager of Ops for USA Compression in the Permian responsible for over 1 Million HP.
Mohsin Kahn
VP - Engineering
Mohsin is a Mechanical Engineer by trade. He is experienced in manufacturing, engineering, esign, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning of gas compression systems, refrigeration systems, and power generation systems. Mohsin has held progressively responsible roles in engineering & project management, product management, business development, quality, & lean/continuous improvement areas. He has well-rounded experience in leadership, technical, legal, management, procurement, commercial, logistics, and financial aspects of project/program management both in tactical and strategic capacities. Mohsin also has been instrumental in the implementation of Quality Management System, ISO-9001 System, Standards and Tools, Procedures, Policies, and Processes.
Joel LeBlanc
VP - Total Environmental Solutions
Joel is a licensed Chemical Engineer in the states of Texas and Louisiana with over 23 years of industry experience in air quality and related environmental disciplines. Joel started his career as an engineer with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. In the following years, he had roles with URS Corporation, Environ International Corporation, USA Compression as corporate environmental manager, and as general manager for Ashworth Leininger Group’s Houston office. Joel has developed extensive expertise in air and water permitting, ESG and environmental compliance program development and implementation, emissions stack testing, emission inventory development and auditing, and supporting legal matters.
Bryan Richardson
VP - HS&E
With over 21 years of HSE experience, Bryan was a Health & Safety Manager with Clean Harbors Environmental Services from 2016 to 2021 where he was responsible for H&S support across multiple states and for various operations within the business. Prior to Clean Harbors Bryan worked in the oil and gas industry from 1998 to 2016, starting with Production Operators Inc. as a gas compressor operator, and transitioning into a Health, Safety and Environmental professional in 2001 holding various HSE roles within the US and Canada.
Trevor Harper
President - IoT Services
Trevor is a skilled professional with two decades of expertise in the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) industry. His primary focus has been on monitoring natural gas compressors, leveraging his deep understanding of the technology and its applications. Trevor began his career as a software engineer at M2M Data Corporation in 2003, where he was instrumental in developing the company's initial data infrastructure and web application. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Following the successful sale of M2M Data Corporation to Caterpillar, Trevor joined FW Murphy and established the company's IoT department. At FW Murphy, Trevor spearheaded the development of M-LINK, the industry's first tri-mode (AT&T, Verizon, and Iridium Satellite) IoT data gateway, a back-office data infrastructure and a comprehensive software monitoring solution for reciprocating industrial equipment, including a mobile application for ease of use and accessibility. Pete Strezo
Co-Founder
Over more than 23 years, Pete has honed his skills in compressor package design, engineering, fabrication, fleet management, and business development. Pete Started his career in 1998 as a machinery engineer for Petrochemical EPC firm KBR, formerly M.W. Kellogg after which he spent over a decade at Universal Compression/ Exterran, then as Director of Business Development for USA Compression’s turnkey compression facilities business. Pete is currently Vice President of Technology and environmental at BHE Compression, and co-founder at Xstream Lift.
Mike Robbins
Co-Founder
Mike is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in operations, engineering, fabrication, construction, product development, business development, new market entry, and executive management. Mike started his career in 1998 with Red Cedar Gathering, then on to Universal Compression, Exterran, and USA Compression where he served as Vice President and General Manager. Mike is currently President and CEO of BHE Compression, and is co-founder at Xstream Lift.
